1、 After the machine tool is powered on and turned on
The precautions are as follows:
After the machine tool is powered on, check whether all switches and buttons are normal and flexible, and whether there are any abnormal phenomena in the machine tool;
Check if the voltage, oil pressure, and air pressure are normal, and manually lubricate the parts that require manual lubrication first;
After the machine tool is turned on, manually return each coordinate axis to the reference point (machine origin). If a certain axis is already at the zero position before returning to the reference point position, it must be moved to a position 100mm away from the origin before manually returning to the reference point or controlling the machine tool to move in the negative direction of the stroke at this position to return to the reference point;
During the rotation exchange of the workbench, there should be no foreign objects on the table, cover, or guide rail;
After inputting the CNC program, it should be carefully checked to ensure accuracy. This includes checking code, instructions, addresses, values, signs, decimal points, and syntax;
Install according to the process specifications and find the right fixture;
Accurately measure and calculate the coordinate system of the workpiece, and verify and verify the results obtained;
Input the workpiece coordinate system into the offset page and carefully check the coordinates, coordinate values, signs, and decimal points;
After inputting the tool compensation value (length, radius) into the offset page, it is necessary to carefully check the tool compensation number, compensation value, positive and negative signs, and decimal point.
2、 During the machining process of workpieces
The precautions are as follows:
When performing high-precision workpiece forming processing, a micrometer should be used to detect the tool on the spindle, so that its static runout is controlled within 3 µ m. If necessary, the tool holder system needs to be reinstalled or replaced;
Whether it is a first-time machined part or a periodically repeated machined part, it must be checked and verified one by one according to the drawing process, program, and tool adjustment card before machining;
During single segment trial cutting, the rapid magnification switch must be set to a lower gear;
When using each knife for the first time, it is necessary to verify whether its actual length matches the given compensation value;
During program execution, it is important to observe several displays on the CNC system.
(1) Coordinate display: can understand the current position of the tool motion point in the machine coordinate system and workpiece coordinate system, understand the motion amount of this program segment, and how much remaining motion amount there is;
(2) Register and buffer register display: It can be seen that various status instructions of the executing program segment and the content of the next program segment are being executed;
(3) Main program and subroutine display: can understand the specific content of the executing program segment;
(4) Dialogue display screen (Custom): You can learn about the current spindle speed, current cutting feed rate, cutting feed per spindle rotation, current cutting load of the spindle, and load on each stroke axis of the machine tool. You can also calculate the cutting amount per blade of the corresponding tool based on the cutting feed per spindle rotation.
During the trial cutting process, it is necessary to verify whether the remaining coordinate values of the coordinate axis and the X and Y axis coordinate values are consistent with the drawing while maintaining low-speed feed when the tool runs to a position of 30-50mm on the workpiece surface;
For some cutting tools with testing requirements, adopt a "gradual" method. For example, when boring a hole, a small section of the hole can be tested first, and after passing the inspection, the hole can be drilled to the entire length. The tool data using the tool radius compensation function can be adjusted from large to small, allowing for trial cutting and modification at the same time;
During trial cutting and machining, after replacing the cutting tools and auxiliary equipment, it is necessary to re measure the tool length and modify the tool compensation value and tool compensation number;
When retrieving programs, attention should be paid to whether the cursor position is reasonable and accurate, and observe whether the coordinates of the tool and machine tool movement direction are correct;
After modifying the program, be sure to carefully calculate and verify the modified parts;
When operating manual feed and manual continuous feed, it is necessary to check whether the selected positions of various switches are correct, clarify the positive and negative directions, identify the buttons and the set feed speed or pulse rate, and then proceed with the operation.
3、 After processing the workpiece
The precautions are as follows:
After the entire batch of workpieces is processed, the tool number and tool compensation value should be checked to ensure that the tool number and tool compensation value in the program, offset page, adjustment card, and process card are completely consistent; When the tool is reused, it should be re aligned on the tool setter to effectively reduce the impact of tool wear on the processed workpiece;
Remove the tools from the tool magazine, adjust them according to the card or program, and clean and number them for storage. Complete set of disk, process, and tool adjustment cards are stored in the warehouse;
Remove the fixtures. For certain fixtures, the installation position and orientation should be recorded and documented for archiving;
Stop each coordinate axis at the middle position;
If you need to shut down at this time, you can press the power disconnect button on the operation panel, wait for a moment, and let the spindle cooling oil partially reflux before automatically shutting down.
